BUILDING - AGRICULTURAL Application

(New, renovations, addition, or demolition of an Agricultural Building)

Prior to submitting your BUILDING PERMIT application, please be prepared for the following:

This AGRICULTURAL permit application can only be used if it is a standalone agricultural building, not combined with any other uses, such as residential. For combined uses, please apply for permit type appropriate for other use.
Please be prepared to upload all necessary documents, such as a recent title search (within 30 days), the owner's authorizing agent form (if applicant is not the owner), permit plans, engineer's documents, etc. (see checklist for more details - even though this is the residential checklist, there are applicable items)
Construction value is necessary to determine the non-refundable application (plan processing) fee, which is part of the total building permit fee and is required to be paid online (via credit card).

To access application details, have the ability to upload additional documents and to pay any outstanding fees, log onto CS Online (or create an account) using the Login button below.

You can also apply without a CS Online account by selecting the Guest option below. Please note, however, as a guest you are not able to pay for and obtain permits electronically - you will need to come to the municipal hall.
