  • If you are applying to replace draintile/roof water collection system, a building permit application is required.
  • Contact information and type/number of plumbing fixtures to be installed/relocated must be entered.
  • Upload any documents, such as engineer documents or design drawings, if applicable.
  • The plumbing permit fee will be required at permit issuance, not during this application process.
  • Click Continue below to access or create your CSOnline account and complete your permit application. Within your CSOnline account you will have the ability to upload additional documents and to pay any outstanding fees.
